Your Right to Deletion
Nomichi Explorers Private Limited(“Nomichi”) respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of all personal information we hold about you at any time.
If you have used “Login with Facebook” or connected with us via the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta may direct you here to manage your data. We honour all such requests.
What We Will Delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number, date of birth)
- Communication history (emails, WhatsApp messages) stored on our platform
- Marketing preferences and consent records
- Any other personal identifiers linked to your account
What We May Retain
Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Financial transaction records (invoices, payments) — retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law
- Booking records necessary for dispute resolution or legal proceedings
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
How to Submit a Request
Send an email to:
Please include the following in your email:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your full name
- Email address and/or phone number linked to your account
- A brief description of what you would like deleted
Timeline
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
- Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
- Completion: Deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
